F&B Operations Support/Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in fast food chain/restaurant (1-2 experience in f&b) .
• Excellent customer service and people management skills.
• Fun, young and vibrant personality.
• Willing to work shifts, on public holidays and weekends.
• Good command of English language.
• Has valid Typhoid injection and Food Handling certificate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Here’s a concise summary of the job description:

This role focuses on managing store operations to meet key targets, including maintaining COGS and OT rates below the set percentages, achieving monthly sales goals, ensuring quality service (QSC), and addressing customer complaints. Responsibilities include preparing staff schedules, guiding new hires, leading team briefings, managing petty cash and banking tasks, overseeing inventory using FIFO, maintaining store cleanliness, enforcing SOP compliance, and preparing food and drinks as needed. The role also involves covering shifts during manpower shortages.
