  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations for online store(s).

Work closely with your Superior to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital storefront and daily waybills for Singapore plaforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon.

Responsibilities:

    -Manage product listings on our e-commerce platforms, including uploading product descriptions, images, stock inventory and prices. -Assist in the creation and execution of online marketing campaigns, including flash deal, add on deal, free gifts. -Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. -Ability to build rapport, reviews and establish trust with Customers and Resellers. -Follow up sales and order processing. -Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trend, opportunities for improvement and drive organic traffic. -Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge. -Strong grammar, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
