During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the upload of invoices into the e-invoice system as per Malaysia's latest e-invoicing guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure that all invoices are in compliance with the latest e-invoicing rules, guidelines, and regulations set by the Malaysian government.
  • Accurately input invoice details into the system, ensuring that all information is correct and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate records of uploaded invoices and related documentation for audit purposes and compliance tracking.
  • Assist in internal audits to ensure that invoices are processed and uploaded correctly and that no discrepancies arise.
  • Generate and assist in preparing reports related to e-invoice processing, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices and smooth integration of e-invoices into the company’s accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Finance & Account or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
  • Internship position(s) for duration at least 12 weeks.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 16 weeks

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
