About the Role
Responsible for the overall performance of the NZ Operations portfolios and contribute to making AIA Shared Services the undisputed benchmark in the industry, while ensuring the team in meeting the stipulated TAT and quality expectations. - Ensure team processes all policy change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
- To monitor the productivity and workflow of team members to ensure team operating efficiency.
- Ensure that team member is competent to meet the service benchmarks & accountable for team quality, turnaround time and productivity
- Recruit, train and develop team members to achieve highest potential, including identify, groom successor(s) and to drive 100% participation in team engagement.
- Complete Management Reporting within agreed timeline & produce management reports for management information.
- To drive a culture of meritocracy consistently within the team.
- Strengthen & manage working relationship with all stakeholders.
- To drive team engagements and develop strategies to continuously improve team performance
- Ability to drive and implement different initiatives within the team.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 7 to 8 years working experience with 4-5 years in Life Insurance industry exposure
- Minimum 4 years in supervisory level experience
- Strong team management
- Strong problem-solving skill and data analytical skills
- Effective communications skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be willing to follow/observe said geographical country’s working hours and public holidays.
