International Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to increase international sales in target markets to achieve company goals and business target.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with international partners and customers.
3. Prepare quotation and negotiate contracts with potential and existing international customers.
4. Monitor and analyze international markets for trends and business relevant opportunities.
5. Identify and develop new international sales channels and markets.
6. Develop pricing and promotional strategies for international markets.
7. Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential customers and partners, and negotiate terms and contracts.
8. Develop and execute an international sales plan to maximize sales.
9. Track, analyze and report on international sales performance to the management.
10. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export requirements.
11. Remain up to date on industry trends, competitors, and regulations in international markets.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to adapt products to meet the needs of international markets.
13. To drive company with clear KPI & strategy action plan and objective in order to achieve it pro-actively.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing , International Business Studies, Management or Equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Should have passion and flexibility to travel long distance.
• Professional communication and relationship building skills with clients and vendors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all internal levels.
• Self-motivated, self-reliance and result orientated.
• Mandarin preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
