Assist Account Department in the area of AR, AP and General Accounting activities for the group of company

Carry out general administration and daily operation in the office

Documentation filling, data entry and general paperwork

Prepare documentation such as invoice, DO, PO or other necessary sales documents to customer and supplier

Review staffs and director expenses and make reimbursements

Assist in production productivity data charting

Assist in incoming goods receive and delivery records and documentation

Support in ISO 9001:2015 audit, upleep and maintain all necessary documents

Assist and support the executive and the management whenever deem fit, in all areas.

Monitoring Staff attendance & Claims

Support HR roles as when needed for example Recruitment, Training and etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,132.40 per month
