E-Commerce Manager

Are you passionate about online sales and digital marketing? We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive the success of our online platforms!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website).
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance and website traffic, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Handle inventory management and stock availability across all platforms.
• Ensure seamless customer experience, from order placement to delivery, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proficient in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media ads).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
