Responsibilities

Requirements

    -Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. -Fluency in Indonesian is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. -Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
