What we want you to do:

  • Attend to customer requests and enquiries on products.
  • Recommend ideal beauty products (e.g., serums, body lotions, and hair care products) to customers according to their individual preferences through knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate the proper use of hair care and skin care products.
  • Advise customers on how to care for their hair and skin.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
  • Perform basic housekeeping of the work area.
  • Assist in retail operations, e.g., stock take.
  • May be required to be involved in new beauty product launches and related events.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of hair care and skin care products.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player.
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed.
  • Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Retail sales target achievement.
  • Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profiles.
  • Ensure inventory management for individual counters.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers (e.g., product knowledge).

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum secondary education level.
  • Education in cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Beauty Advisor or Store Manager in beauty sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience in hair care and skin care products.
  • Excellent customer service and sales-oriented.
  • Willing to commit to retail operational hours.
