  • Responsible for incoming calls and direct all the calls to an appropriate person and take any messages from callers.
  • Attending to outgoing calls upon request.
  • Dealing with walk-in visitors, guests, and members of the public.
  • Received all the hand-delivered mails, posted mails or documents by distributing them to the appropriate recipient.
  • Manage all the documents for courier services.
  • Ensure reception area, VIP areas is neat and tidy (i.e. up-to-date reading materials, fittings and furniture in good condition).
  • Liaise with pantry personnel to prepare drinks and meals for guests and VIPs.
  • Managing clinic slips for all staff and operators.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred)
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM / Certificate / Diploma or above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Friendly, polite, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
