- Responsible for incoming calls and direct all the calls to an appropriate person and take any messages from callers.
- Attending to outgoing calls upon request.
- Dealing with walk-in visitors, guests, and members of the public.
- Received all the hand-delivered mails, posted mails or documents by distributing them to the appropriate recipient.
- Manage all the documents for courier services.
- Ensure reception area, VIP areas is neat and tidy (i.e. up-to-date reading materials, fittings and furniture in good condition).
- Liaise with pantry personnel to prepare drinks and meals for guests and VIPs.
- Managing clinic slips for all staff and operators.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred)
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM / Certificate / Diploma or above
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Friendly, polite, and excellent communication skills.
