About the Role

Coffeebot Holding Sdn Bhd is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Business Development Assistant Manager to champion our coffee solutions in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes coffee culture, understands the HORECA business landscape, and knows how to turn coffee into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Coffee Solutions to HORECA Clients:
    • Identify, pitch, and close deals with potential clients in the HORECA market for coffee vending machines, and tailored coffee solutions.
    • Understand client needs and provide customized coffee solutions to enhance their business operations.
  2. Build and Manage Relationships:
    • Cultivate long-term partnerships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other foodservice operators.
    • Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring excellent service and retention.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets for coffee vending machines.
    • Propose and negotiate pricing, contracts, and value-added solutions that align with client needs and company goals.
  4. Market Research and Insights:
    • Stay updated on coffee trends, industry demands, and HORECA market opportunities.
    • Analyze competitor offerings to position Coffeebot as the leading coffee solutions partner.
  5. Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to develop solutions tailored to the HORECA sector.
    • Collaborate on campaigns, coffee-tasting sessions, and product launches to attract clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in sales, business development, or key account management.
    • Experience in the coffee, F&B, or HORECA sector is a MUST.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of coffee products, machines, and the needs of HORECA clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Passionate about coffee and the growing coffee culture.
    • Willing to travel locally for client visits and coffee solution demonstrations.
    • Proactive, creative, and client-focused mindset.
