  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

Sunrich Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Property Admin to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management operations on Penang Island. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth running of our property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining detailed records of property information, lease agreements, and tenant details
  • Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Handling tenant inquiries and responding to their requests in a timely manner
  • Preparing and processing invoices, rent payments, and other financial documentation
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for management
  • Providing general administrative support to the property management team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Administration or real estate support role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices
