About the role
We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at ABC SUPERTSORE SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office procedures and policies
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
