Criteria:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience using SQL systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of account.
- Responsible for daily accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments
- Prepare and process payments, and issue official receipts.
- To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim.
- Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately.
- Responsible for ensuring the timely closing of Company’s monthly accounts.
- Monitor and preparing cash flow
- Prepare journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation
- Keep account books and systems up to date.
- Manage billing-related tasks, including the preparation of invoices, statements of accounts, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Handle billing for intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
- Involve in yearly stock count.
- Assist with audit, tax, and secretarial-related matters.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents created and maintain proper filing in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
- Undertake any other ad hoc accounting assignments and administrative tasks as assigned.
