Criteria:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience using SQL systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle full set of account.
  • Responsible for daily accounting functions such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, Petty Cash, Cash Flow, monthly staff claim payments & weekly payments
  • Prepare and process payments, and issue official receipts.
  • To manage all financial transactions from utilities, bill payments, & monthly expenses claim.
  • Manage accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices are paid accurately.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely closing of Company’s monthly accounts.
  • Monitor and preparing cash flow
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation
  • Keep account books and systems up to date.
  • Manage billing-related tasks, including the preparation of invoices, statements of accounts, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Handle billing for intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Involve in yearly stock count.
  • Assist with audit, tax, and secretarial-related matters.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documents created and maintain proper filing in accordance with the company’s guidelines.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc accounting assignments and administrative tasks as assigned.
