Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and policies
- Assist to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are complied accordingly. Dealing with JKKP and DOE department.
- To conduct Safety Induction Programme for new employees and subcontractor.
- To maintain and keep all the safety documents for the purpose of the inspection by government bodies and external audit.
- Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS & GRS system to ensure compliance with the regulatory standard and industry best practices.
- Responsible for writing/revised procedures and processes to support development of QMS & GRS standards.
- Participating in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements and assisting in addressing and finding or observation.
- Working closely with cross functional team to ensure EMS & QMS standard are followed, documentation is correctly maintained and implemented well.
- Other task/project assigned by Superior from time to time.
Qualification and Skill:
- Degree in any fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ESH and QA matter.
- Experience in GRS documentation and audit is added advantage.
- Good Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health standard for industry
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg: Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work muti-tasking and independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
