Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and policies
  2. Assist to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are complied accordingly. Dealing with JKKP and DOE department.
  3. To conduct Safety Induction Programme for new employees and subcontractor.
  4. To maintain and keep all the safety documents for the purpose of the inspection by government bodies and external audit.
  5. Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS & GRS system to ensure compliance with the regulatory standard and industry best practices.
  6. Responsible for writing/revised procedures and processes to support development of QMS & GRS standards.
  7. Participating in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements and assisting in addressing and finding or observation.
  8. Working closely with cross functional team to ensure EMS & QMS standard are followed, documentation is correctly maintained and implemented well.
  9. Other task/project assigned by Superior from time to time.

Qualification and Skill:

  1. Degree in any fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ESH and QA matter.
  3. Experience in GRS documentation and audit is added advantage.
  4. Good Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health standard for industry
  5. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg: Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  6. Ability to work muti-tasking and independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
