- Define bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balance the general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
- Maintain historical records by filing documents.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by filing reports and advising management on necessary actions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Pick and pack orders for customers.
- Purchase and oversee office equipment.
- Record working hours, holidays, and sick days for employees.

We are based in Seri Kembangan, 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur City Center. Our head office is in the Netherlands, Europe. Our customers include both end-users and dealers/brokers. Our end-users are mostly SMEs and professionals who use our systems for animation, video broadcasting, CAD-CAM, desktop publishing, and general business purposes. Currently, we have a staff of 5 full-time Malaysian employees. Products We Offer: Our products mainly consist of high-end refurbished ICT products like servers, workstations, PCs, and parts from HP, IBM, and Dell.
