Sales Work:
- Develop sales strategies to ensure attainment of sales goals of assigned territory.
- Leading, directing and motivating the distributor's sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Help distributor's sales team to develop new channels/ customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/ product category.
- Initiate and coordinate development of sales plans for existing and new customers
Products Work:
- Participate in setting price strategy in coordination with Head office team.
- Market survey and collecting information including (competitors, new products, etc...)
Marketing Work:
- Assist in developing marketing plan & Ensure execution with sales team.
- Ensure visibility/ availability & proper displays of own brand products in key accounts.
Others:
- Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain updated records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Follow up with Distributor on due payment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in relevant major
- 3-10 years' experience of sales and marketing stationery industry background. Those who have worked in the international brand branch(assigned territory) are preferred
- Able to travel within assigned territory with distributor's sales team.
- High abilities of execution and timely feedback of projects
- English is a must
