Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch within the area.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and issues.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of each branch to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans based on data analysis and performance evaluations.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management software and tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be preferred.
