Position Title: Sr. Supply Management Executive
Reports To: Head- Supply Management
Position Purpose:
Reporting to Head – SM, the position will be responsible for supporting SM function in managing indirect spends, implementing category strategy by coordinating with other functions like Finance, Operation, HSE. The position would also be responsible for driving CR initiatives and other new initiatives.
Key Results Areas:
v Managing indirect spend for Malaysia & Singapore.
v Coordination with buyers, Business & CR team for implementation of CR Initiatives & reporting
v Working closely with SBS team for Vendor master maintenance & inflation reporting.
v Coordination with Operation & HSE team for addressing site related issue pertaining to supplies, quality etc.
v CR reporting, Inflation tracking, Market survey/benchmarking reports
v System implementation (Proposed Contract Management Module, Site issue tracker)
v Developing & Managing DC model for supplies to Malaysia & Singapore for improved buying efficiencies.
v Collaborate with key stake holders in the organization to identify and drive new initiatives to improve quality and hygiene standards and improve business profitability.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required
• Diploma in purchasing, supply chain or food management related discipline, with at least 4-5 year of purchasing experience in food services procurement
• Advanced analysis skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel program
• Sound understanding of purchasing principles and its applications
• Integrity and strong interpersonal skills
• Good time management, resourceful and able to perform under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to source widely
• Independent, resourceful and takes initiative
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
