General Description:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests

about product and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Customers satisfaction is at its highest while managing and tracking KPI’s.
  • Troubles shoot and track job progress from beginning until the end.
  • Liaise with all related departments/ divisions to ensure job completion.
  • Maintain good relations with customers.
  • Explore for new business opportunities with customers and liaising with Overseas agents
  • Meet with customers on a need be basis to enhance relations and solve problems.
  • Assist in Collecting Payment from customers.
  • Any other job that maybe assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement:-

  • Min SPM/Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Administration or equivalent field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logistics Environment
  • Computer literate
  • Written and spoken in English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to learn new task.
  • Good Team Player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and pc skills
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented.
  • Good organizing skills and able to work independently"
  • Able to work long hours and under consistent pressure and multi- task and work with minimal supervision
  • Good presentation and prospecting skills Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
