- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling, and cross-selling aesthetic products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for clients by offering exceptional service, answering questions, and providing aftercare advice as needed.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations, providing clients with a clear understanding of how products or treatments work and their potential benefits.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing product stock, including reordering products, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper storage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the clinic/store and contribute to a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional events, campaigns, and customer outreach activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the beauty and aesthetics industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduate - Training Provided.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- EPF / SOCSO.
- Training Provided.
- Commission: RM3000- RM8000.
