PROTEGE - IT Application Operation Specialist

Open for Bachelor's Degree graduates and above ONLY. Job Scope: The candidate is a specialist for the operation of specific IT solutions. The role supports the delivery and operations of IT products and services. 1. Ensure the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades 2. Facilitate the Entry Into Service (EIS) process and exit from service support 3. Contribute to the successful transition of new applications into business-as-usual 4. Maintain the product in operational condition in line with Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements OLA/SLAs 5. Monitor and tracks system performance against negotiated service-level agreements (SLAs) 6. Communicate improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the IT Product Manager 7. Provide support depending on the needs of the company and the use of automated scheduling and remote monitoring 8. Perform the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management 9. Analyze console messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other equivalent degrees/experience. Spoken languages: English mandatory. Will be based at Subang. Program pre-requisites: - Malaysian Citizen - Maximum 30 years old at the point of application. - Priority will be given to Fresh Graduates who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment.
