Position : System Support Executive (Field IT Support Team)
Working Location : Kepong, Kuala Lumpur
Working hour : 9am – 6pm
Job Scope
· This role's primary responsibilities are to support the department in installing machines at the client site and servicing faulty hardware.
· Hardware preparation, verification, delivery, and installation for POS operation system implementation.
· Provide online or onsite support services to clients in order to test and diagnose hardware and network issues or malfunctions.
· Provide services for customer image data implementations as required from time to time.
· Check, respond and resolve tasks from the ticketing system.
· Any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT, or relevant fields.
· Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
· Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
· Willing to travel outstation when required.
· Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving.
· Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
· Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
· Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
