Sales Support & Marketing Executive

Our company, Maxi Stone Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

What you'll be doing

Sales support tasks
Sales quotation, sales order and delivery related document preparation.
Order processing and fulfillment coordination.
Operational and admin support for sales team.

Marketing tasks
Content creation - developing marketing content in social media posts.
Social media management- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring social media posts and engagements.
Event Coordination- support event/ exhibition planning and execution.
Cross-functional Support- Work with other departments, such as operation or sales, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales cycles.
Liaison between Sales and Marketing- Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and marketing teams for cohesive campaign planning and execution.

Administrative and Reporting:
Data Entry and Documentation- Record and organize sales and marketing data, assisting with sales forecasts and reports.
Report Generation- Prepare regular reports for sales and marketing performance, KPIs, and ad-hoc reporting as required by management.
General Administrative Support: Provide general support, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing correspondence for the sales and marketing teams.
