Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team by executing administrative duties.
  • Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the
smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in working with Excel software
  • Experience with data entry, record-keeping.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Administration Assistant To GM:

  • Coordinate sales data and analysis with related presentation format.
  • To assists in manage / maintain and upkeep proper filing, documentations,
and correspondences.
  • Schedule and prepare for meeting including meeting paper, minute’s record,
distribute meeting minutes & maintaining record as necessary.
  • Attend meeting and follow up on the action required.
  • As a personal assistant to the GM.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of
management, staff and business associate.
  • Assist in other task or ad-hoc assignment when require.
