- Support the team by executing administrative duties.
- Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with Excel software
- Experience with data entry, record-keeping.
- Experience in working with Microsoft office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Administration Assistant To GM:
- Coordinate sales data and analysis with related presentation format.
- To assists in manage / maintain and upkeep proper filing, documentations,
- Schedule and prepare for meeting including meeting paper, minute’s record,
- Attend meeting and follow up on the action required.
- As a personal assistant to the GM.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of
- Assist in other task or ad-hoc assignment when require.
