Job Summary:
The Marketing Admin provides administrative support by managing schedules, preparing promotional materials, tracking inventory for visual displays, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Promotion Setup: Set up promotions within NetSuite, ensuring all details are correctly entered and functional for upcoming campaigns.
- System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch.
- Ecommerce & Inventory Fullfillment : Coordination with production packing and scheduling driver for deliveries
- Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Scheduling : Plan and coordinate with design team on the weekly social media posting
- Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
- Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing or design environments.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
