Job Summary:

The Marketing Admin provides administrative support by managing schedules, preparing promotional materials, tracking inventory for visual displays, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion Setup: Set up promotions within NetSuite, ensuring all details are correctly entered and functional for upcoming campaigns.
  • System Testing: Conduct tests in NetSuite for promotions to ensure everything is properly configured and ready for launch.
  • Ecommerce & Inventory Fullfillment : Coordination with production packing and scheduling driver for deliveries
  • Outlet Coordination: Liaise with outlets to confirm that all Visual Merchandising (VM) displays are up to standard and align with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Scheduling : Plan and coordinate with design team on the weekly social media posting
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings for the Marketing and Design teams.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate records of marketing and design documents, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in marketing or design environments.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
