Position : Junior HR Executive

Role & Responsibilities
- To perform the day-to-day HR operations
- To support and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll & Statutory Administration, Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding & Off-boarding process, Performance & Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR administrative tasks.
- To assist with the preparation of letters, reports, memos, and proposals pertaining to HR matters.
- To review employee attendance and leave management reports daily.
- To create and maintain employee records in the HRMS system and ensure all information is kept confidential.
- To manage, and perform proper filing and safekeeping of all HR-related documents.
- To assist in handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
- Any other tasks that are being assigned by superior or Management as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR management, particularly in payroll and recruitment handling, is required for this position.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced computer literacy skills.
- Good writing and communication in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, and meet present deadlines with good attention to detail is a MUST.
- Detailed-oriented, results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
- Familiar with the Employment Act and Industrial Relation legislation and practices.
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage.
