- Manage and maintain essential documents related to branch openings.
- Prepare project progress reports and ensure all documentation is updated according to internal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with third parties such as contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Schedule appointments, arrange site visits, and ensure that all external parties align with project timelines.
- Assist the Business Development team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and coordinating internal communications.
- Organize and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project flow.
- Conduct research as required to assist in the planning and development of new branch locations.
- Ensure all administrative procedures and documentation meet local regulatory compliance standards.
- Help monitor budget allocations for the branch opening projects and track expenses against project budgets.
- Prepare expense reports and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments to vendors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
