Your duties and responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:
- Manage overall aspect of marketing, branding and promotion across all digital channels to maximize product and business presence extensively.
- Actively maintain and update the Company’s social media platform, website, email, advertising campaign and others to generate sales.
- Responsible for strategy development and implementation for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to increase visibility in search ranking.
- Implement outreach of content pieces to earn links back to the website to improve our search engine ranking and create keyword specific landing pages as required.
- Create content, landing pages and optimize user experience to increase qualified marketing leads and conversions.
- Work closely with advertising or media experts for the successful execution of digital marketing activity.
- Design, plan and implement marketing campaigns and strategies that drive up sales.
- Prepare monthly and/or weekly reports, presentations and planning as and when required.
- Well-versed with the healthcare governmental rules and regulations in implementing any marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Lead and manage the marketing department in order to improve efficiency.
- Support campaigns and company events by strategically planning and physically attending these activities while providing proper guidance and leadership to the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Beauty/ Wellness/ Personal Care/ Aesthetics line.
- Responsible, analytical, attention to details, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective brand and marketing plans.
