IT Executive (Infra)

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to procure necessary IT related equipment for company needs.
• Responsibility for system(Microsoft Dynamics NAV) testing and deployment and overall system.
• Involve in application design, confirm the system logic, system integration, system interfaces, and system customizations.
• Overlook network infrastructure & computer hardware requirements of AMI group of companies.
• Willing to learn AMI group of companies ERP system (NAV) to provide first line of support.
• Monitor scheduled periodic backups of on-prem & cloud servers.
• Has CCTV design and management skills in a corporate environment.
• Liaise with vendors.
• Able to learn fast and execute tasks within reasonable time of given dateline.
• Support internal users, network of dealers and service centers on daily operations in terms troubleshooting system, diagnosing, and solving software faults.
• Work closely within a team of consultants and users to define, develop and deploy bussiness requirement.
• Communicate work progress and all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner to Head of Department.
• Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support programs and reports in-house for user/departmental requests.
• Knowledge of Jet Report is an added advantage.
• Understanding of finance and accounting systems an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma certification in IT programming or any equivalent field.
• Hardworking individual who is able to work independently.
• Possess working experience in networking in a corporate environment and MS Active Directory environment.
• Able to learn fast and execute tasks within reasonable time of given dateline.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Experience on Navision System, Jet Report,
• Knowledge of .NET, C# programming language, SQL, Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Inventory, Finance, Production Process Flow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
