Engage with the audience in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback, fostering a sense of community and connection.
Serve as the voice and face of AinaHariz, embodying the brand’s values of professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm in every session.
To assist creating engaging social media posts, video clips, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional material for upcoming live streams or product launches.
To assist in packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Oversee the smooth operation of the live stream, including handling minor technical issues, transitions, and ensuring the broadcast is visually and audibly clear.

Ideal Candidate:

Energetic, with the ability to captivate an audience, maintain interest, and interact with viewers in a fun and engaging manner.
Willing to assist in different areas of the business, including helping with packing and order fulfillment during busy times.
Comfortable with live streaming platforms (e.g., Shopee, Instagram, Tik Tok) and capable of troubleshooting minor technical issues during live streams.
Willing to understanding of AinaHariz products and services, or the ability to learn and retain product information quickly.
Assist to create content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand awareness.
Be able to work on dynamic hours (Shift, Weekends, Public Holidays)

Additional Skills :

Min posses at least Secondary level / SPM or higher.
Fresh graduates or minimum 1 year experience as Live Host.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in live streaming, digital content creation, or social media hosting.
Basic knowledge of video and audio equipment for live streaming.
Previous experience in retail or fashion-related live streaming is a plus.
Basic skills in social media marketing or content creation (e.g., Instagram stories, posts, or video editing).
