Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, plans, and policies. Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget variances and report significant discrepancies to management. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance against key business metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial results. Monitor financial KPIs and report on trends to management. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity for the organization. Forecast cash flow positions and related borrowing needs. Ensure availability of funds as needed for operations. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the organization. Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets. Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals. Ensure team members are properly trained and motivated. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
