GENERAL MANAGER

 Lead the training efforts for the team on the newly implemented ERP system.  Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to different user roles and skill levels.  Conduct workshops, hands-on sessions and troubleshooting clinics to build user proficiency.  Oversee daily operations to ensure the seamless adoption of the ERP system.  Collaborate with various departments to identify and address challenges in integrating the new system into existing workflows.  Monitor and evaluate system usage to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.  Provide leadership and resolve queries to ensure uninterrupted operations.  Monitor system usage and identify areas for improvement or additional training.  Provide continuous support and motivation to ensure team engagement and compliance.  Leverage prior experience with ERP systems to provide actionable insights and best practices.  Work closely with the IT department and external vendors to address technical challenges and updates.  Generate and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.  Utilize the ERP system to analyze operational data and recommend strategies for enhanced efficiency.  Analyze system performance metrics to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
