TURNAROUND MANAGER

• Assist the Project Manager in formulation of project plans and providing suggestions to the Project Manager • Planning, submitting and obtaining approval from the Project Manager and assignment of duties to subordinates for successful execution of the plans • Develop overall turnaround strategy with both planning and execution milestones to ensure the turnaround meets all business objectives • Preparing budget & quotation, submitting to the Project Manager for approval and controlling of cost • Organizing the staff requirements, job assignment and allocation • Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders and participate in meetings with turnaround leadership team • Oversee entire turnaround stages • Manage change order process and communicate impact to Project Manager • Manage turnaround safety program • Accountable for turnaround budget control and performance • Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on turnaround process and tools • Support Management of Change process, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and work processes in a timely manner
