Finance & Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness of account and finance process. 2. Managing, supervises and provide coaching to the accounts team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Ensure meeting tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities such as accounting entries including, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. 4. To develop, maintain and perform periodic review on accounting controls in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of all data in compliance with the accounting principles, practices, procedures, management directives, rules and regulation. 5. Assist in sourcing and financing decision, i.e. to ensure and closely monitor the company cash flow position, regular updates on weekly/monthly cash flow projection, sourcing of financing and compilation of documents/information as required by the financial institution and etc. REQUIREMENT 1.Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Professional Degree, in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. 2. At least minimum 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Computer literate, preferably familiar with popular accounting package eg. Autocount
