Finance Manager

-Must have at least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting role -Familiar with Xero accounting system is an advantage -Develop financial strategies and plans in line with the company's goals and objectives -Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenues, costs, budgets, and forecasts -Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations -Manage cash flow and financial liquidity to support the company's operations and growth -Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement -Implement internal controls and best practices to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial integrity -Provide financial advice and guidance to management on strategic decisions -Lead the team of finance to support the company's financial objectives -Any other ad-hoc duties as prescribed by management
