What You’ll Do As an Insolvency Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the management of insolvency cases, helping businesses and individuals in financial distress. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing Cases: Assist in handling insolvency cases, ensuring all steps are taken in line with legal requirements and timelines. • Asset Management: Help identify, value, and sell assets to maximize recovery for creditors. • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Be the point of contact for clients, creditors, and other involved parties, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries. • Compliance: Ensure all insolvency processes meet legal and regulatory standards, including preparing necessary documents and filings. • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports related to insolvency cases. • Restructuring Support: Help advise businesses on options for restructuring and negotiate with creditors.
