Duties and Responsibilities : 1. Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers. 2. To prepare job order and quotation. 3. To in-charge in customer complaint, quality problem solving activities and works with manufacturing/ maintenance department by implementing effective corrective and preventive measures for continual improvement. 4. To be responsible for the customer service and quality control functions of the company. 5. To ensure the preparation and submission of all necessary schedules, reports and statistics accurately and timely to management and other user departments. 6. To maintain and keep proper records of all relevant documentations. 7. To ensure good housekeeping and safety in the department. 8. To assist in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance to the requirement of ISO 9001. 9. Any other duties and responsibilities as a0ssigned by superior from time to time. Job requirements: • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience however fresh graduates are encouraged to appl. • Computer literate in Word, Excel. • Good communication skills and outgoing personality. • Can start work immediately.
