SELECTION CRITERIA: -
1. Excellent command of the English Language.
2. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field.
3. Able to work in 100+ multi shift manpower organisation with minimum supervision.
4. Working experience in HR/related field would be added advantage (HR core modules).
5. Knowledge of HR 2000 payroll system and usage of Xportal access system would be an added benefit.
6. People with excellent attention to detail are thorough in reviewing their work.
7. Education background in Biomedical Science / Pure Science (Animal Husbandry) / Pet Lover (Preferred).
RESPONSIBILITY: -
- Leave & Medical Management - update and monitor leave record.
- Employee Record Management - prepare staff correspondence letter, maintain, and upkeep staff personal file.
- HR Policies & Procedures - Assisting Management in the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices.
- Department Administration - Ensure that any source of documents/file receive/send in to HR Department are recorded and arrange/distribute correctly for action to be taken/feedback to be given to related parties.
- Payroll - Assisting Finance Dept such as collecting/follow up and processing with HOD's on staff KPI's, claims, overtime, and other expenses.
- Recruitment and Termination Management - preparing agreements, conducting DI's, running orientation and exit programs.
- Managing security, cleaning services and out sourced manpower services.
- Managing group manpower shift or non-shift time tables of operations.
- Coordinating staff events and gatherings.
- Managing online recruitment portals and corporate social media platforms for recruitment i.e., Indeed, MYFutureJobs, FB and LinkedIn.
- Handle overall operations in E-Leave system on daily basis.
- Handle overall operations in Attendance on daily basis.
- Handle Foreign Workers Matters, Fomema, Insurance & Socso.
- Handle HRDF Corp system.
- HRD operations duty i.e.: Monitoring staff quarters, Hospitals Morning Check and instructed by Director.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
