Sales & Marketing Executive (Operations) – Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Coordination:

• Oversee customer delivery operations, including managing documentation for export logistics.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of up to 10,000 isotanks/containers annually (~834 per month).

Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Work closely with the logistic team to resolve any operational or logistical challenges.

Team Collaboration:

• Support the operation in supervising delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to enable them to focus on customer engagement and solution selling.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, sales coordination, or export logistics.
• Knowledge of export documentation and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is additional advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
