- Warmly greet clients, ensure they feel comfortable, and assist with inquiries about services, products, and prices in person or over the phone.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments with customer while maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Promote and recommend retail products and services.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by cross-selling services and retail products.
- Handle payment and reports.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Able to communicate in English due to business nature.
- Candidate who is able to speak in Mandarin will be ad added advantage.
- Persuasive and confident salesmanship to recommend services and products.
- Strong organizational skills to multitask and manage bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance, friendly and able to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills to address client complaints or issues promptly.
- You can choose your preferred working hours. 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm / 12pm to 9pm.
