  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Japanese and English. Assist users with account-related issues, such as login problems, account recovery, and profile updates.
  • Policy Compliance: Review and address user-reported content based on platform guidelines and policies. Educate users about platform community standards and ensure compliance.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from users and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes. Document customer interactions and issues using internal systems.
