We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Specialist to join our marketing team. The KOL Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with influential individuals in the industry, such as social media influencers, bloggers, and experts, to enhance brand awareness, product visibility, and credibility. This role will play a critical part in developing our brand strategy and fostering partnerships with key thought leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

KOL Identification & Engagement:

  • Research and identify potential KOLs within relevant industries and niches.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs.
  • Negotiate and secure collaborations with KOLs to promote brand visibility and product campaigns.

    Campaign Management:

    • Develop and execute KOL collaboration strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
    • Manage KOL-driven content creation and dissemination across various social media.
    • Track and measure campaign performance, including engagement, reach, and ROI.

      Brand Advocacy:

      • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align KOL strategies with brand messaging and new product launches.
      • Act as a liaison between KOLs and internal teams to ensure that brand values and objectives are met.

        Trend Monitoring:

        • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, social media platforms, and key influencers.
        • Continuously monitor competitor activity in the KOL space to identify opportunities for collaboration and improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in KOL/influencer marketing, public relations, or similar roles. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and report on KOL campaign performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
