Job Descriptions:
- Lead in marketing management involving brand development, new product launches, shoppers and consumer promotions and other relevant activities. Convert/ acquired new customers base into purchase decision.
- Lead and manage all marketing related activities and tasks from A&P strategies to A&P tracking, consumer insights/research, competitors monitoring and new product development/innovation planning.
- Liaise with social media business partners, advertising, mass media, promotional and public relations agencies to enhance branding; create brand identity.
- Set direction to graphic designers in developing all related marketing communication, corporate brochure, product catalogues, sales kit, and product packaging development, revamp packaging for Vico/ Vochelle/ Darry’s.
- Establishes marketing goals based on Top Management direction and strategy. Increase brand awareness that translate into purchase decision.
- Oversees current products health or life cycles and comes up with initiatives for new products launches
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Works with marketing/ Sales/ R&D staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Provides two ways consumers engagement, in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important customers meetings.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
- Tracks all marketing and sales data by weekly/ monthly report and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Weekly mandatory market visits to keep abreast with market information.
- Handle customers what’s app complaints for the company’s brands.
Requirements:
- Possess a Business or Marketing degree;
- Must have at least 5 years Marketing/Branding experience preferably in an FMCG environment;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Must be team player and able to lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve their targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
