The Fulfilment Executive Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the order fulfillment process within an organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. The Fulfillment Executive Officer collaborates with various teams to meet customer expectations and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Supervise and manage the order processing workflow from order receipt to shipment.
Ensure orders are accurately entered into the system, and all necessary documentation is completed.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors and losses.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce quality control standards for order accuracy and product condition.
Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify fulfilment discrepancies.
Team Management:
Lead and oversee a team of fulfilment associates or coordinators.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
Foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Process Improvement:
Continuously review and refine fulfilment processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline operations.
Vendor and Carrier Relations:
Coordinate with vendors and shipping carriers to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
Negotiate favorable terms and rates with carriers to reduce shipping costs.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and issues.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order fulfilment.
Data Analysis:
Analyse fulfilment data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate reports to track and report on fulfilment metrics.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive customer and company data.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control fulfilment expenses, including labor, shipping, and packaging costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
