Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Company products to industrial and commercial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and advantages of product's systems.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Qualification(s):

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, compressors, or fuel storage systems are advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding of product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.

Location:

  • Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
