Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Company products to industrial and commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and advantages of product's systems.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Qualification(s):
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, compressors, or fuel storage systems are advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantage.
Location:
- Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
