Position : Human Resource Executive

Salary Range : RM 2,500 – RM 4,500

Working Day : Monday – Friday

Location : Petaling Jaya Selatan

Responsibilities:-

• Update and maintain employee data and documentation consistently to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare monthly payroll reports & handle routine HR tasks such as drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and overseeing verification processes.

• Address employee inquiries promptly.

• Assist in organizing internal events and programs aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture..

• Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.

• To perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects pertaining to Human Resources duties as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration

• At least 1 years of related working experience will be advantage

• Good knowledge of local employment laws and statutory

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Mature, self-motivated, disciplined, Passionate, work credible and reliable

• Medical, Miscellaneous allowance, Insurance, etc

• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
