1. Sales Strategy Development . Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. . Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities. . Set clear sales objectives and performance target for the team. 2. Team Leadership & Management . Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives , sales supervisors and sales representatives. . Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. . Motivate the team to meet or exceed sales goals. 3. Customer Relationship Management . Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers. . Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. . Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. 4. Market Expansion . Identify and pursue new sales channels regions , or customer segments. . Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors and retailers .Plan and execute promotional activities and trade marketing campaigns to drive sales . 5. Sales Operations . Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts. . Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to meet demand requirements. .
