Assisting the Chef de Partie & the daily operations of a specific kitchen station (example, grill, sauté, and etc).Prepares ingredients, assists with cooking, and helps with plating dishes.Ensures that the station is stocked, organized, and ready for service.Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness & follows proper food safety and hygiene procedures in the kitchen. Helps with cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.Works closely with other kitchen staff, including commis chefs (junior cooks) and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth operations.Stocking and inventory management, helps maintain an organized and efficient station, ensuring that ingredients and supplies are readily available.Supervising & maintain restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation & hygiene standards. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience in related field, preferably in F&B industryPreferably F&B specialized industry or equivalent.Good spoken English & MandarinCandidates must be result oriented and self-driven.
