Senior Engineer - PE

Key Responsibilities: Testing and Documentation Develop and maintain detailed testing work instructions for products. Prepare and update summary reports on daily yield rates and test results. Production Support Support production lines by ensuring the proper installation of testing equipment. Collaborate with production teams to resolve testing-related challenges. Failure Analysis Conduct thorough analysis of failed units to identify and address root causes. Perform failure analysis for acoustic test systems, including power suppliers, sound consoles, mixers, and microphones. Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Ensure the maintenance of test stations to improve productivity and efficiency. Install, debug, and maintain non-standard automation equipment. Troubleshoot and adjust components, including servo motors, steppers, motor parameters, IO points, sensors, vacuum meters, and fiber amplifiers. Process Improvement Enhance test fixtures, jigs, and supporting processes to raise productivity. Provide technical solutions to improve testing operations. Training and Knowledge Sharing Train testers and other team members on testing procedures and equipment use. Share knowledge on equipment and process improvements to ensure consistent operations.
